Sign Up Policy:

To reserve your spot in class, please sign up in advance on our website or app. Please arrive at class 5-10 minutes early. You may sign up for class up to 45 days in advance, however if you have a membership you should only use your class credits for your current 30 day billing cycle, if you book a class past the 30 billing cycle then decide to cancel that class or that class gets cancelled after the 30 day billing cycle has already passed you lose your credit for that month. Our class credits for each billing cycle are only valid during that billing cycle and we recommend not booking classes outside that window of time.

Please only attend classes that are level appropriate for you. If you need help assessing your level, please see Jen for assistance. You must have permission to move up a level! Read the class descriptions on classes before enrolling in them to see if you meet the prerequisites. If instructors feel you have enrolled in a class that is unsafe for you without permission, we reserve the right to remove your enrollment and recommend another class. Our number one priority is the safety of our students and staff, and we encourage everyone to progress at their own pace. If you come to a class inappropriate for your level, we may ask you to do lower level variations or even sit out and watch depending on the situation. We have levels to ensure safety and so that everyone is getting the most out of classes in an efficient manner.
