What Should I Wear to My First Class?

For pole you will need to have your skin exposed, we recommend wearing anything from yoga/athletic shorts with a tank top or even a sexy bikini, whatever you feel most confident and comfortable in.  Please remove all jewelry and avoid lotions before class.

For Lyra, you will need to have your skin covered, so we recommend wearing leggings and tank top.

What Do I Bring with Me?

We suggest bringing a refillable water bottle and a gym towel. We have a water cooler in our client lounge for refills.

Should I be Physically Fit to Start?

Pole is for everyone and every body type, we start slow and make accommodations for all fitness levels.  We do not require you to be a particular fitness level  or size to start your journey!

What Classes can I Take?

After you complete Intro to Pole you are welcome to take any Level 0 pole or flow class, choreography, chair, or flexibility class.
