Flow Into 2025: A Goal Setting Pole Workshop Our focus will be self reflection and empowerment while dancing into the New Year! This workshop will start with a welcome circle and discussion on personal and pole goals for 2025 including journaling prompts. After the welcome circle you'll dive into dance and learn a 2.5 minute choreographed Empowerment Flow.

Cancellation Policy
Intro Courses & Workshops are Non-Refundable, Intro courses do not offer a makeup class if you miss. For regularly scheduled classes, if you cancel a class less than 8 hours prior to the start of your class, you will be charged for your class. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to a private lesson, you will be charged for your lesson. All Workshops are non-refundable. Late cancellation, no show or arriving more than 5 minutes late results in the forfeiture of your class, workshop, or private.
